CHIPEXPO- 2019 FINAL PRESS RELEASE
The 17th International Exhibition on electronics, components, equipment, technologies "ChipEXPO-2019" was held in Moscow on October 16-18, 2019.
At Expocentre, the leading participants of the radio-electronic industry demonstrated their developments in the field of technological equipment, telecommunications, intelligent control systems and ECB.
The event was held with the official support of the Department of radio-electronic industry of the Ministry of industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
215 companies from Russia, Germany, Great Britain, China, Hong Kong, Belgium, Canada, Latvia, Belarus, the Netherlands and India took part in the exhibition. The aim of the organizers of "ChipEXPO-2019" is to make the exhibition into a place for regular meetings of market participants for the joint formation of best practices in the electronic industry.
This year, the business program of the exhibition was built in a new format, it included a plenary session, round tables, open lectures. At the plenary session: "Expansion of the electronic industry into the civilian markets: products, tools, ecosystem specialists, developers of Russian and foreign enterprises, company executives, journalists of industry media could get answers to topical questions directly from representatives of state authorities, top managers of companies, experts of the main research institutes of the Ministry of industry and Trade of Russia in the field of ECB. opening the plenary session, Vasily Shpak, head of the Department of radioelectronic industry of the Ministry of industry and Trade of Russia, noted that today microelectronics is used in almost all industries and on this basis, the industry has set specific strategic goals. The enterprises need to focus on the issue related to the formation of demand, the development of professional and managerial competencies that support a variety of training programs and personnel development in the ecosystem. Vasily Shpak outlined the specific goals that are set for the enterprises of the electronic industry. "By 2030, we plan to raise total revenue from today's 1.8 trillion rubles and, accordingly, increase the share of civilian products to 5.2 trillion rubles. If we talk about export, by 2030 it is planned to increase the volume of production 3 times: from 4 million to 12 million in the future, « the Head of Department of radio-electronic industry» explained. At the same time, he spoke about the main areas on which it is necessary to focus the enterprises of the electronic industry: human resources, scientific and technical development, markets and products, means of production, management efficiency, standardization, industry information environment, capitalization, cooperation of enterprises in the industry.

The winners of the competition for the Award of the industry prize in electronics "Golden chip"were awarded. It is worth noting that the «Golden chip Award» и has been held since 2004. This year, more than 100 applications from enterprises were submitted for the contest. The selection of applicants was held according to strict criteria developed by the jury. As a result, 37 companies of the electronic industry competed for the main award. So, according to the results of fair competition, the Chairman of the jury of the "Golden Chip" contest Pavel Kutsko presented the statuette for the first place in the nomination "Best ECB product 2018-2019" to the company JSC SPC "Elvis", in the nomination "Reliable ECB supplier" LLC "ENEL" won, the main prize "Best special and dual-use product 2018-2019" won by STC "Module".
The annual exhibition "ChipEXPO-2019" traditionally brought together for business and informal communication the heads of domestic and foreign companies, representatives of the legislative and Executive authorities, the press, students of specialized Universities and many other participants of the electronics market.
